Dog who with ears cut off finally finds loving home. This adorable dog is now seeing happier days after eight dark years with a neglectful owner who hacked his ears off. The Welsh corgi Jo. Jo, 1. 0, used to sleep in a cage in a windowless warehouse every night and had his ears severed by scissors, possibly to prepare him for dog fights. Jo. Jo was found and rescued last year by Animals R Family in the dark and damp building where he had stayed for the last nine years, and was later adopted by adoring parents Kevin and Leann Karcher who have created a loving home for him in their Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, house.
